Minecraft Realms (Switch) Something Went Wrong

Mojang support. As you are making the purchase on a Switch we are unfamiliar with that device. There have been a few instances of this.

I'm curious, What platform are you currently playing on?

• Xbox One
• Mobile devices
• Windows 10
• Nintendo Switch
• Java Edition

There have been reports of other players not being able to join Realms servers but that was a while ago.

This could be an issue with your network connection. If you can share with us what platform you are on, we can provide the appropriate troubleshooting techniques to be able to address this.

I started the 30 days realm trial in minecraft but i keep getting this error message:

Something Went Wrong

your purchase succeeded, but we couldnt create your realm right now. We will create your realm as soon as possibe. Check back later on this device.

Its been over a day and i keep getting this message.

Will it be resolved soon? Is it normal?

Is there a way to fix it?
