Minecraft realms subscription won’t work on my switch

As per description that you have updated your realms subscription. We have found our resources here indicating that the billing of your purchase is handled through the device's store. If the subscription has not been updated, the best way to deal with this is to contact Nintendo's e store support team.

I talked to Nintendo and they said all they do is take the money. Anything beyond that is the game maker. All they say they can do is give the money back.
