Minecraft Realms problem

Hi, I'm unable to make a Realms server on Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch. I get the following error message:



You cannot play online multiplayer through Xbox Live because of how your account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com

When I try to update my Privacy and Online Safety Settings at

Sign in to your Microsoft account

I get "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later."

Please help.

Cannot Delete Minecraft Realm Club

Hello, I've been trying to delete a minecraft realm club attached to my profile but I cannot do this. I looked up this issue online and saw others had this problem too.

I read this and noticed you can't delete the realm since its always connected to the world.

I tried to delete the actual realm on the game, which I only made randomly as trial world a while ago, and now the option to delete the realm is in grey and requires some sort of minecraft membership/cost to do so. I think its unfair that I would have to
pay in order just to delete the realm and therfore assist in deleting the realm club on my profile.

If anyone has a way around this I would highly appreciate it, thanks.

Sorry to say this, but what does NAT stand for? Is it the network address translation?

Well I'm playing Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch, and I been trying to change the settings online at Sign in to your Microsoft account but when I click submit, I get this message, "An
unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.". I don't own an Xbox system.

 

What browser are you using to change the settings? I have had similar issues in the past if using Google Chrome.

 

Usually that means you have registered a child account and your parental account needs to give permits for you to play online

I used Google Chrome, FireFox, and Internet Explorer on 3 different devices. All I got was, "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again." when I clicked submit.

 

I checked with my Microsoft account and I says that my account is an Adult account.

 

The birthdate under your MS profile doesn't changes the fact that your xbox account might be registered as a child account. I suggest you to contact xbox support to verify this: (800) 469-9269 if you're in the US/Canada or
