Minecraft Realms Plus (Something Went Wrong)

I bought the Minecraft Realms Plus subscription yesterday. It keeps showing the same error message “Something Went Wrong”. I have restarted my device, restarted minecraft, logged out and logged back in, and it still wont work. I’m currently on IOS.

Would you please tell me when exactly do you receive this error message? Do you receive it when trying to open Minecraft, play on a server or setup your Realm? If possible, would you please share a screenshot with the message?

Also, what exact device and iOS version are you using?

I’m using an ipad. To be specific, it’s a model A2197!

Thanks for sharing this. Looks like this issue happened with a few players and only Mojang support can fix this. You can see the bug report on Mojang website (from 07/May/20) and it is still unresolved. The only players that got this resolved needed to contact Mojang support and they manually validated the player subscription and activated the Realm. So I would suggest you to reach to them for this. I am having the same issue. I found this Reddit post about it,(https://www.reddit.com/r/realms/comments/c12hov/your_purchase_succeeded_but_we_couldnt_create/)
but am unable to figure how to get it resolved. If you figured out how to fix this please let me know. I am having the same problem but it started on 6/23/2020.
