Minecraft Realms Not Working After Payment

Sorry for the inconveniences, sometimes a purchase can take up to 48 hours to be finally reflected in your account

But just to let you know, if within this time you don't receive a confirmation email about game purchase, probably something went wrong with the purchase and Microsoft is going to refund the money to you.

Also, you can try talking with your bank and ask them to cancel this pending charge to speed up the process

I renewed a realm, they took the money, and I don't have my realm

Hi there the exact same thing has just happened to me only this time it happened twice. one i got the error, i thought i would try and do it again. but then same thing happened and when i went to my bank account it had been taken twice! it infuriated me as not only did i not receive it but its been taken twice. i also had not been granted a confirmation email. if mojang do refund please let me know how long it would take.

If your Minecraft Realms subscription was paid for on 26.12 but is now showing as inactive, it is possible that there was an issue with the payment or with the subscription itself. To resolve this issue, you should try the following steps:

I was having this problem, I canceled my subscription last winter. Yet, I was still being charged for the 10-person realm, even though Minecraft said that my realm was expired, I was still getting charged! Even after my card number got changed. My fix for this was going to xbox.com and singing in to see my payments and billings, turning off reoccurring payments, then canceling the subscription.
