Minecraft Realms makes no sense.

Alright, so this is something that's been happening over the span of three months.

I was being charged $7.99 a month plus tax for a realm that I couldn't use. Why?

Because it said it was "expired".

I was being charged for a service that wasn't even running because my Xbox itself said no realm subscription was active, but on my Microsoft account online, it said there was one active.

In other words, my realm is inactive for no reason, despite me paying for it.

This has happened over the span of three months, and I want to know where I could possibly find help or a refund, anything for the wasted money on something I couldn't even use. Anything helps.

You will need to contact Mojang Realm support. They will be the only place to be able to fix this issue.

Did you already create the realm? Or make a previous world into a realm? Are you signed in on the account that created the realm?

Most of problems like that would be do to your Wifi or the Minecraft Servers which would make sense right now since they just added crossplay and many people are playing again, When you are loading into his Realm try to check your Wifi level in the Settings
in Network and see if it is lower than usual and if it isnt then it would be the Minecraft Servers right now

Have you already checked your email inbox, junk, or spam folders? If yes and you didn't receive any emails from the Refund Team, I highly recommend submitting a new refund request by filling out the Manual Refund Webform on this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-.... You can find the order number of your transaction by signing in to your email at this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/.

Once you're done submitting your request, you'll receive an email result within 72 hours and if your request gets approved, it will take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank account but it really depends on your bank's policy.
