Minecraft Realms issues with nametags, signs, naming items and chat,

Hopefully this is in the right place, I have seen different individual posts regarding these issues but I was wondering how many people are having the same problems with all issues and whether anything is being done about it?

I started a new realm as I have players on both console and PC and no one can see other peoples chat. We cannot name nametags, put labels on items etc or use signs and books. Very hard to play the game at its full potential.

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

I apologize if this was vague, there was originally one xbox nametag associated with the microsoft account, this one held my purchased instance of minecraft. One day it prompted me to enter a nametag, I entered it, and a new nametag was created that didn't have the instance of minecraft purchased. I cannot access the original nametag and it keeps prompting me to purchase minecraft.

I'm using the "unified" version of Minecraft on Xbox One (not the Xbox One Edition), and I'm hoping to renew a realm I rented last year.

The issue is I can't renew the realm due to the name, yet I cannot change the name at all.

Can this be helped?

May I ask if you are referring to redeeming an item code or if this is regarding a sign-in code for Minecraft?

To redeem a code item, you can go to this link https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/redeem and input the code to redeem it from there.

If you're going to input the code to sign in, you can check on this link https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/realms/minecraf... for the detailed steps depending on which device you are trying to sign in.

The name of the realms is: Hot Potato Realms. The owner is . Minecraft clubs are only visible to the members inside it and has the following settings locked even to the owner:

Membership: How can People Join? Invite only

Activity Feed: Who can post in the feed? Members

Chat: Who can view chat? Members

Ownership: Delete Club, Transfer ownership

The above settings are grayed out and impossible to select.
