    Minecraft Realms issue


    I purchased Minecraft Realms Plus Subscription on the Windows 10 minecraft app. The subscription comes with full access to several minecraft packs but I cannot use anything or apply them to realms through making a new world. Each prompts me to buy. Also
    I have no access to manage my realm and no access to manage my subscription since it does not show up on my subscriptions tab on my Microsoft account but does the initial purchase.

    I do know how to correct apply a pack to a realm, so that is not the issue. The issue is I have no access to a subscription that I'm paying for. Mojang does

    Please help?

    Sorry to hear there is an issue launching Minecraft online. Just to let you know you won’t have access to Realms while using a Beta version of Minecraft on an Xbox One console or Windows 10 computer.
