    Minecraft Realms: ERROR Something went wrong when processing the order.


    Hi,

    Every time I've tried to renew my Minecraft Realm for Java Edition it gives the following error:

    ERRORSomething went wrong when processing the order. There can be many reasons as to why this didn’t work. It may just have been a glitch in the Matrix, you may have insufficient funds or your bank has rejected the transaction. Please try again later or use an alternative payment method.

    I've tried 4 times, and now have 4x the monthly amount for a realm as a reservation on my credit card.
    Also I've tried to just update my billing info without the Realm extension, but it also won't work.

    How to fix this?

    Hello,

    To be clear is this happening on an account.microsoft.com or on the Minecraft.net address. If it's on Minecraft.net your best path here is to contact Mojang Support: Submit a request – Home (minecraft.net) Microsoft, currently, does not have purview over purchases for Java. We only oversee and can support Bedrock purchases. You can get Java from having Game Pass however, as far as purchasing that or realms for Java is overseen my Mojang.

    If you see this issue on the account.microsoft.com website, please let me know what error you are seeing there.

    Are yoy receiving this error on Minecraft site of where?
    May I know if you tried using a completely different payment method?
    Also, in case you have a VPN,firewall or proxy service active try disabling it temporarily and try again
