Minecraft Realms Chat

I have a minecraft realm, but a few members are having trouble with chatting in the chat, renaming items, and writing things on signs, it won't work for them but for everyone else it works. They have both checked their privacy settings and found nothing wrong. They were able to do all of the said things above and then it stopped working, they are both on mobile but other members on mobile don't have this problem. Is there any way to fix this?

The affected members are able to test if the issue persists on a different realm?
Did you already checked your realm settings?

This helps us to isolate a bit more the issue

Thanks for reaching out to us in the Xbox forums with this issue. Regarding the Minecraft Realms chats, you may wish to address this or request further information regarding it from Mojang as they are the developers of the game and run those particular
in-game chats as well as the signage. You may also try raising this question on the Minecraft forums to see if anyone else is having a difficult time or same issue as yourself.

The name of the realms is: Hot Potato Realms. The owner is . Minecraft clubs are only visible to the members inside it and has the following settings locked even to the owner:

Membership: How can People Join? Invite only

Activity Feed: Who can post in the feed? Members

Chat: Who can view chat? Members

Ownership: Delete Club, Transfer ownership

The above settings are grayed out and impossible to select.
