    Minecraft Realms and Xbox website


    I have received a join request for a Minecraft realm but when I accept it it says "you cannot play on realms because of how you account is set up please ensure your online safety settings allow multiplayer and clubs" but i have joined other realms before. Also when I go to the Xbox website to change those settings it redirects me to the support page when I click anything other than the support page.

    Is this a Realm for Minecraft Java or Bedrock?

    I ask because they are purchased through different platforms. Java Realms are purchased on the Minecraft website and Bedrock Realms (for Windows or Xbox) are purchased through the Microsoft/Xbox store.
