Minecraft Realm Renewal Issue

Hi there, if you renewed your Realm in minecraft but still it doesn't renewed, try sign out your account in minecraft and re login, I hope is helpful

I had a similar issue just last week when my realm renewed i tried to join my realm and it was stating that my version of minecraft was out of date and it kept trying to get me two spend $23.97 USD for a skin pack that had nothing to with realms on top of the $17.08 USD i had just spent renewing two realms after looking up some stuff on it i couldn't figure how to fix but i did find out that my brother was having the same problem with his realm

I understand you're having issue renewing your Minecraft Realms. As per Minecraft, you should be able to renew an expired Realm. "You can renew your subscription by going to Settings > Subscriptions, clicking the “Renew” button for the Realm you want to reactivate. "

But if you're having an issue doing this, one of your option is to just subscribe to a new Realm then upload the world you had on your previous Realm to your new Realm. You can download your world locally by going into your old Realm, clicking on the “Edit World” button on the slot of the world you want to download, and then clicking on the “Download World” button. Once you already downloaded the world, you can now upload it to your new Realm.

Your other option is to get in touch with Minecraft support so they can look into why you're unable to renew it. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/requests/new

I am indeed using Minecraft Java edition on the PC.

Logging in and out doesn't seem to be the problem. I think the marketplace is only accessible using the betrock/windows edition. I can go to the marketplace there and still purchase items through this method.

If I am logged into Minecraft Java edition and go to Minecraft Realms it will show me the option to renew a realm which takes me to minecraft.net (Profile>Wallet & Realms) where I normally renewed my realms for Java edition. For this, the payment option has been a problem. I remember being able to renew it using this method not too long ago.
