Minecraft Realm missing after merging Mojang and Microsoft account - Minecraft Java

I merged my Mojang and Microsoft accounts and subscribed to a java Realm. I played it with my friends for a few weeks, but every few days it would disappear from everyone's realms list. Each time this happened I logged in to minecraft.net and received a notification that my account wasn't set up - I'd click 'set up' and boom the realm appeared again. I decided to try redoing the account merge process to see if this fixed it. I went through the process again and it seemed to work, but now my realm is completely gone from my account and so is my payment information and other details. It's as though I was using my Microsoft account originally and all that info has been overridden by my Mojang account. I contacted Minecraft support and they said it is a problem with my Microsoft account and I needed to get help from Microsoft. I need my Realm to be recovered.

Did you try the Merge feature on MineCraft?
It's best to read further information about it: Merging Minecraft Accounts.

Also, by reading further:

You won't need it anymore! After migrating you'll use your Microsoft account to log in to the Minecraft Launcher to play the game and log in to minecraft.net to manage your settings.

So perhaps try the Microsoft account.

I did not understand, my friend. Your hacked account had Minecraft Java. Then, after it got hacked, you created another account and was given Minecraft for Windows? Microsoft or Mojang gave you Minecraft for Windows or how this happened?

There is an issue at the moment with Minecraft Realms for both Bedrock and Java. Mojang is working on getting it fixed as soon as possible.

There is no fix for this issue until Mojang has the issue sorted on their side.
