    My friends minecraft realm for some reason I frequently jitter and I don't understand why I've even made my own realm and same issue my connection is wired and strong and I've tried everything so minecraft for the past 3 months hasn't been playable I game on the xboc series S so new console please help

    I've tried doing that and deleting and reinstalling it plus clearing the cache I'm out of options and when I'm paying for a realm it's ridiculous

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    "1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

    If that didn't work we may need to uninstall and reinstall the game.

    Sorry to hear there is an issue launching Minecraft online. Just to let you know you won’t have access to Realms while using a Beta version of Minecraft on an Xbox One console or Windows 10 computer.
