    my sister & I have grinded on a minecraft world on her Xbox account , we have went to play on it today & it’s not there ! How do you get it back because it’s definitely a fault because it’s happened to my old survival before

    I did those steps , reloaded minecraft & my world is showing up but when I click it , it says “ Failed to sync world data , the world is not fully synced .....”

    What do I do now ?

    Hello there!

    If you are on an Xbox Console, please try to remove and re-add you account. In order to do that please go to: settings> account> remove accounts> remove your account.

    You can try uninstalling and re-installing the game.

    If the issue persists please try to contact game support for more assistance.

    Minecarft Random World deletion

    Are you talking about a Minecraft world? Also, what version [Xbox one(the old one) or bedrock (the latest one with cross platform)]?. Usually if you're connected to Xbox live, all worlds sync up to the cloud, if you're playing on Minecraft Bedrock edition,
    when you click play, there should be an option at the bottom to sync old worlds.

    Try deleting the account and redownloading it. Usually random disconnects are solved by this.
