    Minecraft Purchases


    I've purchased a few minecrafts skins, those ones that cost less than 5 bucks. And I am trying to use it and it says I need to purchase it, when I already did! This has happened few times now. I have used them before, really frustrating, and not buying
    again. Anyone with similar experience?

    Did you purchase Minecraft or Minecraft for Windows 10? If you went through the website, you may have purchased Minecraft which is for the console, not Minecraft for Windows 10 which is for the PC.

    And the one it shows in your purchases is "Minecraft for Windows 10" not just "Minecraft" right? "Minecraft" is the console version. If you haven't purchased "Minecraft for Windows 10" you would need to purchase that in order to play it on the PC. When you get the message that it's looking for a device, it's usually looking for a console.

    Minecraft for the console and Minecraft for Windows 10 are 2 separate purchases. If you have the game for your console, you would need to purchase Minecraft for Windows 10 in order to play it on the PC.
