    Minecraft purchases gone


    My son plays minecraft on an android tablet. Game would not load so we deleted the app and re-downloaded it. How do I recover all my purchases? They are gone? After this i have now made a microsoft account? I am now logged in but I bought a bunch of minecrafts
    worlds and want them back. Can i sync accounts or something? Thanks for any help

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    How were you logging into Minecraft everyday? Were you making purchases from the Minecraft Marketplace directly in game, or were you making purchases for in-game content through the Google play store on the Android device?

    A Microsoft Account is necessary to create an Xbox Live profile, which is where you content would be linked to recover in case you delete the game or access your content on Minecraft from a different device. If you deleted the game without logging in to
    an Xbox Live profile and linking your purchases with an account, then the content may now be lost and you would need to contact the game developers,

    As you only made an account for Minecrafr on mobile now, you wont be able to sync the purchases as it was not made with the newly created account.

    The only way to try and get the content back is to contact the developer, Mojang. You will see a email adress in the app page on the Play Store that specifically focuses on issues with the android version of the game.
