Minecraft purchases are missing

When my son logs into his account all of the things he has purchased are there but can not be used. They say that they are owed but wont let him use them. It also is telling him that the servers are coming but they are already there for the other players
and not him.

I have spent hundred of dollars on these things and now he cant use them. I would like to know where they all went.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to use content that you have purchased in-game.

My first recommendation in this instance, would be to
remove your account and re-add it back onto you console to see if this helps refresh that in-game content.

If this does not work, I would have to recommend
uninstalling the game and re-installing it, and then download the content in-game once more and see if this helps to access the content once more.

Happened to my sons account also. All the worlds we purchased are showing locked now

thats the first place i looked, but only my xbox purchases appear there. none of the minecraft purchases appear. maybe because we paid with itunes?

I have had the same problem on my Android device today. It was working until my game refreshed and when I looked at the marketplace all of my purcases were missing
