You said the gamertag changed? Did your son log out of the game and maybe created a new account? You can check your account at https://account.microsoft.com.

For the game on the switch not showing the DLC you purchased, maybe these steps can help. According to our Minecraft for Nintendo Switch FAQ | Xbox Support:

I own Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition and I’ve bought previous DLC. How do I get it to sync to Minecraft?

1. Sign in to Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition on your Switch account. This will sync the latest purchases.
   
2. Sign in to the Minecraft on your Switch and you’ll be automatically granted the entitlements for that DLC.
   

Note For every purchase you make on the previous version, you must first sign in to Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition, exit, and then launch the newer Bedrock version for purchases to sync. DLC purchased within Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition remain only on your Nintendo Switch device and don’t carry over into other devices.

Hello. I already changed my password twice. The problem i am having is that around 2-3 years ago i bought Minecraft and have been playing it but all of a sudden it says my account doesn't have it and its not showing up in my purchases. Recently I wasn't able to login with my microsoft account because it says it doesn't have it anymore. I think the account got hacked and changed. Please get my Minecraft back. I already contacted Minecraft and they said i have to contact microsoft. My minecraft username is ajisuppose. Also my Xbox username also changed and i cant login anymore. I can only play bedrock. Not all DLC is shareable. You may find that the Minecraft DLC is locked to the purchasing account

When I logged into windows 10 using my Microsoft account it instantly used my Xbox username. It there any way I can make my Minecraft account different than my Xbox username? This would be extremely helpful, especially because my Minecraft username
is 13 letters, and Xbox usernames can only be 12 letters!

maybe that will help to restore my Minecraft account?

I have the idea that I have been hacked and that they have changed my login username and password.

I also contacted Mojang, but they told me to go to Microsoft with this issue.
