    Minecraft purchase not showing


    I purchased MINECRAFT JAVA and WINDOWS version a long time ago through redeeming code in minecraft launcher and got it and after some time my laptop broke so i uninstall minecraft and now I have a device to play there is no sign of purchase it says buy the game to play now what am i supposed to do.

    I also raised ticked in minecraft support but they are saying that there is not a single purchase done by mu side.

    After account migration, I have to buy Minecraft for Windows Edition again.

    I purchased Minecraft before i migrated, is that the reason why nothing is showing up? I checked all purchases, and it did not show up.

    If you sign in to the Minecraft website, it also asks you to purchase Minecraft? And do not show you that you own any version of Minecraft?

    And the one it shows in your purchases is "Minecraft for Windows 10" not just "Minecraft" right? "Minecraft" is the console version. If you haven't purchased "Minecraft for Windows 10" you would need to purchase that in order to play it on the PC. When you get the message that it's looking for a device, it's usually looking for a console.

    If the game is not showing as purchased on your account after signing in to Minecraft website, then the Minecraft system is not recognizing your purchase.

    You will need to contact Minecraft support:
