Minecraft purchase not recognized on minecraft.net, nor official minecraft launcher.

On May 20th 2024, I purchased Minecraft and successfuly got a perfectly functional Minecraft account and everything worked well and fine... until yesterday (June 5th 2024), when I tried logging into minecraft.net to switch my skins, and found out it's been glitching out constantly (glitching out as in, sometimes showing the "PURCHASE MINECRAFT" button instead of "change skin" and "change nickname" buttons, and randomly logging out).

To verify if it wasn't a browser glitch, I tried logging into the site through incognito mode, and even tried logging in through another browser to no avail. I even tried logging into my minecraft account on the Minecraft Launcher, and to my misfortune, I'm now met with a "PLAY DEMO" button, instead of the normal "PLAY" one.

I've been trying to log out and log in multiple times, cleared my cache, cleared browser cookies, and even changed my microsoft account password to make sure I haven't been hacked, and yet, I still cannot access my minecraft account skins nor play the purchased version of minecraft that I own.

Also, yes, I still do have my paypal receipt and I have my microsoft purchase number, if it is needed for support.

P.S.: Along with all the weird behavior I've been seeing when I try logging into minecraft.net, I'm also met with a message saying, "OOPS! We could not validate your access, please try to login again.", ever since I first met this glitch.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Minecraft.

Based on your description, the error suggests that the system can't find the Minecraft game license on your Microsoft account.

In order to fix this, you will need to find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft game license was purchased.

Kindly sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > order history > select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft game.

From there, check if you have the Minecraft transactions. If you have found the transactions, use the same Microsoft account to log out and re-login to Microsoft Store and Minecraft Launcher.

If you're unable to find the Minecraft game transaction, check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.

If you have confirmed the Minecraft's transaction order number from your account's order history yet the issue persists upon launching the game, I highly recommend you reach out to Mojang Support for further assistance as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this:

No, for some reason Minecraft.net does not show the purchased Minecraft Bedrock Windows 10 Edition. I did not run minecraft through the launcher, I downloaded it from the Microsoft store and just opened it without using the launcher.

How do minecraft.net and launcher have anything similar? What I said is, I can't get access to the minecraft.net page as it says I haven't bought Minecraft even though I have and my Minecraft launcher has everything ok, except for the part that I can't login into my Mojang account because I think it was deleted

So following things:

1. There is no Minecraft on Microsoft Store App, everything else I've purchased is in the list. There is the Minecraft Launcher in "modified" status since I tried installing the game.

2. If I login on the minecraft.net website it shows that I need to buy the game, it doesn't show up on the purchases.

3. My account is in a family group.
