    Minecraft Purchase is Missing


    Hey so I haven't played Minecraft since either June or July of 2019. Today I decide to play again and my texture pack is saying that I have to buy it again. I just viewed the proof of the purchase in my order history here on this site in my account info,
    so I obviously still own the content even though the game is suddenly not acknowledging it anymore. I'm not going to buy the same content twice.

    And no, i'm not contacting Mojang because as clearly stated here: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360035130471-Minecraft-Marketplace-Issues ,
    Xbox is responsible for purchases made through Xbox. From my understanding this has happened to many people ever since around December during the 1.14 update, so I don't know what you guys did to cause this problem, but please fix this issue and either refund
    me or give me my content back as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to use content that you have purchased in-game.

    My first recommendation in this instance, would be to
    remove your account and re-add it     back onto you console to see if this helps refresh that in-game content.

    If this does not work, I would have to recommend
    uninstalling the game and re-installing it    , and then download the content in-game once more and see if this helps to access the content once more.

    thats the first place i looked, but only my xbox purchases appear there. none of the minecraft purchases appear. maybe because we paid with itunes?

    I have had the same problem on my Android device today. It was working until my game refreshed and when I looked at the marketplace all of my purcases were missing
