    So my friends opened up a realm in minecraft and im on ps4 and they are on xbox. I make my Microsoft account for minecraft on my ps4 and try joing but it wont let me. Apparently my account is a child account so i can't join anyone thats cross platform
    and we've tried everything to take off the child stuff. We've tried o hook up a different account but i guess we can only hook up one account and its set. So now i cant play with my friends.

    Hi there for the ps4 version of minecraft please go to a support page or forum for sony as microsoft does not own ps4. Also with it being an issue for minecraft please go to a minecraft/mojang support page or forum for help resolving this issue thank you.
