    so... minecraft must have updated and signed me out at some point recently on ps4. So I try to log back in and it tells me that "this ps4 user is linked to another Microsoft account with the user name ********" so. Im thinking ok that was my username before
    I changed my gamertag. So it must be this.. i try 4 different email addresses and NONE of them let me log in. I try to call MS Xbox account support, they tell me the first 2 letters and the domain of the email... which is apparently NOT ONE I RECOGNISE AT
    ALL!!! so. How do I unlink my Microsoft account with the PSN account without being able to log into it? I'm kinda pissed off because its a unique username... however I just want to change it now and NOBODY seems to know how to do it. A microsoft chat person
    even just hung up on me after a 25 minute call earlier..

    Any ideas?

    Hi there for the ps4 version of minecraft please go to a support page or forum for sony as microsoft does not own ps4. Also with it being an issue for minecraft please go to a minecraft/mojang support page or forum for help resolving this issue thank you.
