Minecraft Ps4 Unable to Connect to world

Hey

So me and my friend are on ps4 and we have been playing minecraft together for about 6 years now. But as of a week ago we got a error message while trying to join each others world. The message was “Unable to connect to world”. Any advice to fix this. Also
we are both on ps4 bedrock addition.

I'm having the same issue with Realms! Whenever I try accepting an invite to one of my friends' realms, it keeps saying "You are unable to play multiplayer because of how your account is set up. Change your settings on aka.ms/accountsettings to allow this,"
but my settings are already set to "allow multiplayer."

Everything is set to allow. My worlds are still unable to sync. I signed into my Microsoft profile on minecraft and there is no option on the ps4 to sync my old worlds.
