    Minecraft ps4 stuck on signing in


    My brother is trying to connect his account on his ps4 so he can join me and my friends' realm to play with us, and it gets so far that is says "Signing in with your Microsoft Account..." but won't sign in.

    Welcome to the Xbox Community Forum. Thank you for sharing your concern with us today and we hope that all is well.

    First, we recommend that you uninstall and reinstall Minecraft on your PS4 and see if the issue is resolved. In order to connect the PS4 to your Microsoft Account correctly, please follow these steps:

    NOTE: Only one Microsoft Account can be connected to your PlayStation Network

    1. Open Minecraft

    2. Click “Sign in with a Microsoft Account”

    3. You will see a pop-up box connecting your Microsoft Account to the PS4

    4. The following screen will provide you with an 8-digit code and a website link

    5. Visit the Remote Connect site and enter the code to complete the link

    If this does not work, please confirm that the user can sign into this Microsoft Account through the Xbox site and the Microsoft site. If the user is able to sign in correctly on both of those sites with no errors, then we suggest that the user reaches out to Mojang Support and PlayStation support for more assistance.

    Minecraft on the PS4 is stuck trying to sign in

    I have been trying to link my Microsoft account to Minecraft on the PS4 and first i had a hard time changing the account but then once i tried signing in with my account it got stuck on a screen saying "Signing in with your Microsoft Account..."
    and i could only cancel. Then it would just keep trying to sign in could someone please help i'm really confused.
