    Minecraft Ps4 sign in problem


    When I try to sign in to microsoft account on Ps4, I enter the code, email and password but in my Minecraft it's says that this account is already signed in and that I should try to login in with my previous account 'UsefullCube6988' I've tried every email
    I own and everyone the same thing pops up.

    As of this afternoon I am having the same problem. Can access Xbox, microsoft online ect but ps4 wont sign in with minecraft. Same error message “We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft account, but something went wrong.”

    Same problem on PS4, with Plus.

    authenticating into Microsoft seems to affect my PSN status. I show as signed in on my machine, and in my son’s PSN, but not in his Minecraft.

    very frustrating.

    You may need to submit a ticket to Mojang in that way they can validate the account linked to your son's PS account.
