Minecraft PS4 "Oops looks like this account is already connected"

I had this problem for 1 year after severs came out. I was signed in Microsoft on ps4 and as soon servers come out i get signed out, before u say" you need to use the same account as last time to log back in" is a bunch of bull I've watched every YouTube video every review and no one has this problem. I was signed in ALMOST 2 YEARS BEFORE SEVERS CAME OUT I waited and waited and when SERVERS come out i cant play? I've waited so long tried every way. i checked my email from a bit before 2020 and I saw it the EMAIL THAT SAID I WAS SIGNED IN WITH THE EMAIL IVE BEEN TRYING. why do Microsoft even have this feature were u cant sign in from another account. All my friends are playing servers and cross playing but IM STUCK HERE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM FOR NEARLY 2 YEARS. worst part is i cant call Microsoft about it because there's no number to call them for Minecraft. I don't want to make another psn acc just to sign in because I've already spent money and brought maps and skins I know I shouldn't be angry but Minecraft is one of my favourite games and i cant play server (best part of Minecraft) and I've been waiting 2 YEARS.SO PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX MY ACCOUNT IVE BEEN WAITING 2 YEARS. (Please fix my account I'm just trying to play Minecraft.)

This message means that you are using a different Microsoft account to log in to the game on your PSN account, you can't use a different account, just the one that was linked the first time

On occasion users have the idea that they are using the correct account because could be pretty similar than the one they previously used but if you get that error message means it's not the same account

However, we just remind you that once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation 4 account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be associated with a different account.

As verified, when you see this error message, it means that the PSN ID you are trying to link is already connected to a Microsoft account. You just need to use the same Microsoft account where you link your PSN ID.

I have the exact same issue, have you gotten any help or fixed it because I’m if there is anything I could do because Minecraft support brought me here. And they can’t do anything here? My issue is different in a way because I closed the old one that was connected and made a new one with the same email and I’m if I could get my data merged or anything like even bringing back the other one.

I have the same issue with my son's account. He never linked it, I'm positive about that. He wants to cross play with his Nintendo Switch, but it simply doesnt work.

so how did you get it signed out? is still find it crazy that you can't see what account the microsoft account is linked to that seems like a safety issue right there?
