Minecraft PS4 Microsoft Login.

Hello , I'm having a Problem logging into my Microsoft-Account into PS4. I forgot which Email it was but I know the Username ( PlainGiraffe615 ). Is there any solution for me to find the Email so I can reset my Password? Any help is appreciated.

Could Xbox Support send an Email ( which is on PlainGiraffe615 ) so I can reset the Password and get my Account back?
If I have Access to the Email that is the Proof for me owning PlainGiraffe615.

the account exist, you just haven't found the email, accounts only gets delete after 12 months of no use, and there's no way to link a different email to your Minecraft purchase

Problem is , I dont know the Email , I just think I have access to it , as If I get an Email it will notify me and also show me the Email. Is it possible to request an Email to Reset Password ( to the Email of the gamertag ) with only the Gamer Tag.
