Minecraft PS4 Microsoft access

Hello, I can't log in to Minecraft ps4 because there is an infinite load and when I press "cancel" it tells me Microsoft account already connected to another PSN account, even with my second Microsoft account.

Hi there

Have done the above but ps4 with a different account but Minecraft is not recognising the microsoft account when trying to log in.

Is there a way to reset this remote access to the original account used when setting up Minecraft please?

As of this afternoon I am having the same problem. Can access Xbox, microsoft online ect but ps4 wont sign in with minecraft. Same error message “We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft account, but something went wrong.”

Nice to meet you. whenever I try to connect the Microsoft account I use to minecraft on my ps4 it says their is another account on there butt I don't have access to that email anymore it is associated with.
