minecraft ps4 linked already

So, I lost an account that I don't remember linking to on the ps4 when Minecraft bedrock was released and I don't even remember the name I used to watch those tutorials like removing data to fix it but it doesn't and I have bedrock bought and java but I wanna play with friends without they linking there Microsoft since some of them cant and I want to know why its permanently and please anyone it was so long ago before I am posting this to everyone.

I logged a support ticket with Minecraft through minecraft.net

Im not sure if Microsoft support will be able to assist if i dont know what the offending account is or who it belongs to?

Hi Alex,

Unfortunately I'm in the UK, so the 1800 number won't work. I did find the UK equivalent, but all it did was point me to the support site. The same as the live chat option. There are no chats available for profile or account based enquiries
