Minecraft PS4 first sign in issue

So yesterday i got Minecraft PS4 edition and i was downloading the game as you would then it asked me to sign in my Microsoft account keep in mind that its the first time that i ever played Minecraft not that i already logged in and im im having a issue
login in....thats not the issue the issue is me trying to sign in with my Microsoft account for the first time and it says connecting but after a few seconds it replies ( we tried to sign you into your microsoft account but something went wrong ) and i've
tried almosr everything i seen people delete the extra cache restarted the app deleted it multiple times and deleted the save data in the application uninstalled it and went back in still no fix even switched to a hotspot because when i go in the store it
says ( we are unable to connect to the Minecraft store maybe check your internet connection? ) And im on ps4 literally never tried it im im not sure what the issue is

Xbox websiteand
Microsoft website? Does an error message appear when you attempt to sign in to the websites? If you are able to sign in to the websites
without experiencing any issues, we suggest reaching out to Mojang Supportand PlayStation Support for more assistance.
Also make sure not signed into Minecraft on any other device. We hope this information helps!

Yes i am able to sign into the Microsoft website normally, thanks for the help i'll see to it

Thank you so much for replying to this, I appreciate it.

I was able to contact Microsoft/Xbox support, and after trying another method, we came to the conclusion that I submit a ticket to Minecraft support/feedback. However, the “Submit” button was grey so it wouldn’t let me click on it. So the support person suggested I try again in a couple of hours, and to also reach out to PlayStation support.
