    Minecraft PS4 Bedrock Edition login error


    Hello, when I try to connect my microsoft account (the same one I use for Minecraft Windows 10 Edition and Xbox games in general) to my PSN account, I get the following error: "Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected
    to another account on "PlayStation Network".".

    I don't understand why this is happening because this showed up the first time I tried to connect the accounts and I don't have other PSN accounts.

    Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. This is a known issue and is being looked into. We understand that you are unable to sign in to your Microsoft account through Minecraft for PlayStation 4. Are you able to sign in to your Microsoft account
    through the Xbox websiteand
    Microsoft website? Does an error message appear when you attempt to sign in to the websites? If you are able to sign in to the websites
    without experiencing any issues, we suggest reaching out to Mojang Supportand PlayStation Support for more assistance.

    Same problem here. Never linked my microsoft account to a ps4 before. I only have 1 account for each. Is there nowhere to see what our microsoft accounts are linked to? Very frustrating.

    Thanks for coming to the Xbox forums. You will need to reach out to PlayStation on how to unlink an account from PlayStation. We do not have the information needed for this as we only see the Xbox side when you reach out to customer support.
