Minecraft PS4 Bedrock Account Issues

OK I've have been having nothing but PROBLEMS with trying to link my microsoft account to my ps4 account ever since this GODFORSAKEN update released in December. What originally happened was i made a new microsoft account and went to aka.ms/remoteconnect,
typed in the code, and signed in. I waited, and waited, and waited and i got tired of waiting so i decided to cancel the process. Apparently it told me that the account was already connected (i can barely even remember because its been so long with no fix).
I stopped trying to sign in because knowing microsoft it just wasn't going to work. Fast forward a couple months and i decide to get back on minecraft and i want to use the free classic texture pack but i can't because i need to sign in. Well it turns out
that its been so long that i don't even remember the email that i used. I know the gamertag though because it tells it to me every time i try to sign in with a new account. I even went to settings and cleared all of the sign in data and i still have this problem
and i didn't link a phone number to the account so there is no way for me to play cross platform, use mods and texture packs, and more all because microsoft doesn't give TWO **** about the ps4 version. What an absolute JOKE your company is, your customer service
support is useless, you make **** games and **** consoles, and the list goes on. This is the reason i will never purchase another product from you because you have utterly dissapointed me time and time again. **** XBOX, **** MICROSOFT, **** OUTLOOK, **** ANYTHING
YOU HAVE EVER CREATED YOU **** COMPANY, YOU HAVE RUINED THE PS4 VERSION OF MINECRAFT.

Ps4 received the Bedrock version of Minecraft, meaning it is crossplay enabled now. However you need to have a Microsoft account to be able to play with your friends on other platforms.

There is some issues with the linking/signing in of accounts on PS4.
