Minecraft PS4 and login issue to Microsoft account

I was able to sign in to Microsoft by going on the "profile" option.

Microsoft couldn't help. Sony couldn't help. I was able to login before Mojang could help.

Have you tried turning your PlayStation off completely and clearing the cache on it, support article on how to do this can be found here: 4 Easy Ways to Clear the Cache on your Playstation (wikihow.com).

After you have done this, please try again with signing into your Microsoft account.

i have made a microsoft account and then went on to minecraft then clicked sign in with a microsoft account and then it said Failed to login and it says that something has gone wrong. I have a ps4
