Minecraft ps4 account problem

Hi, so when i first tried to log in with my microsoft account a different gamertag appears instead of mine. i know there is a problem regarding the creation of new xbox accounts when you try to log in with the psn account but that is not the case here,
because i already tried going to the xbox and the account created there has a different gamertag. Now when i try to log in, it says "oops looks like this account is already connected, please sign in with the previous account *random name* " can you help me?
