Minecraft: problems with downloading wordls

I have the xbox one s, the minecraft limited edition. The version of SO of the device is 10.0.17763.3062. The version of minecraft inside the device is 1.7.100.70. In the game i've tried to download two
wordls: one was farm by shapeescape and other Inpiration island by minecraft; both of them don't start downloading and next to the world appear the write "dowload 1.0.4" for the first, and "dowload 1.0.0" for the second. The download of both of them never
start and i don’t know what i have to download and where (in the ad-on of the game there isn't nothing to install). I Just contected Mojang, the developers of the wordls and the microsoft, and everybody told me to ask to you.

Can someone help me?

Delete minecraft and redownload it through download history, it will fix the problem

 

Minecraft Downloading problems

It's just not called Xbox One edition anymore. It's just called Minecraft in the store.

 

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

 

I’ve just tried this solution; however i tried again, but it didn’t work. What can i do?
