minecraft problems in cooperation

hello, my children love to play minecraft, but after last updating (few months ago) something wrong happend, and now they can not play in cooperation. first player is ok, but the second one can not jump and turn around. help me please

Are you sure that the second controller is working properly?

 

I have the same issue the screen is dark and when the second player tries to play minecraft on their own the issue carries on. its not the controller.

I had to delete my account and set up a new one. after I had deleted all traces of minecraft from my account. this fixed it. but the next time we tried to multi play it happened again

Not sure if this will help but try going into the minecraft control settings on the second player and turning the sensitivities up because it turns itself to 0 for some reason.

 

Try pressing the Xbox button to bring up the Guide. Then close it by pressing the button again. That should fix the issue. (Great job managing Minecraft, Microsoft!)

 

the change settings worked. we also had to change some of the display settings as in show hud,hand etc.

what a stupid error to reduce all setting down to the lowest level for player two.
