Minecraft problem with multiplayer - parental control?

Hello,

i have problem with playing minecraft online. If i start multiplayer, it says that i cannot play because some settings in xbox.com/security online must be change. But if i visit this page, there is option to allow me playing multiplayer and its on. I tryed
to change perental control and nothing help.

Having problems trying to play minecraft for xbox live multiplayer. Keeping getting this message:failed to create an online game as one or more players is not allowed to play multiplayer game on Xbox live. The person that I'm trying to play with always
plays multiplayer. we are connected with the correct cable on a HD TV. I did try changing the parental controls to adult. What am I doing wrong?

 

Apple TV Edition Connection Problems

We have the same problem. We bought the Nimbus SteelSeries controller with Minecraft specifically to set up multiplayer LAN for our kids. They do not use Minecraft on AppleTV, since they cannot join with their siblings using an iOS device.

 

I have the same problem. I know my settings are correct on xbox.com.

Same problem here. It used to work fine and now it doesn't. Seems all my settings are correct but I must be missing something???

I have the same problem. Settings are set correctly, but my daughter can't connect to Minecraft Realms or even accept invitation.

 

I have the same problem on my Grand-daughter's account. Her settings are correct to allow Multiplayer on xbox.com. I can play Multiplayer but she can't.

 

No comment/answer from M$ nor Mojang = it's not worth to subscribe Realms, I'll play on lacal LAN.
