Minecraft problem *PS4

*PS4* So i‘m not sure if Microsoft or mojang are going through some problems at the moment and the skins are currently messed up/ offline in a way, but minecraft crashed several times and the next morning everyone‘s skin in my game was set to default.
Its really annoying having steves and alexs running around everywhere. Im on ps4 and hoping someone can help. I also wanted to know if there is a way to upload a skin from my phone through my microsoft account and to my ps4 to easily pick out my skin because
my current one is very far down the list and is annoying to find when things mess up.

I am playing on a iphone SE. There was no problem when I FIRST played Minecraft. But when I signed in to the Xbox live in Xbox.com, My Minecraft freezes so when I installed Minecraft, it looked like this problem.

that's not the problem. the usual minecraft works for me. I'm trying to launch a minecraft for developers that was leaked to the network
