Minecraft Pocket Edition not Opening.

Hi! I have been playing mcpe for years now, and today this issue occurred. I made a world that I worked on and I wanted to show my xbox live friend. When she tried joining, it was the same error "unable to connect" which we get a lot. I was frustrated
and thought that maybe my xbox settings had something wrong. I located the setting "join multiplayer games" and made sure it was enabled. However, after this, my entire mcpe game stopped working. Anytime I would open it, it would stay on the loading screen
and then go back to my phone screen. I tried for so long trying to open it or find a way. Every once in a while it would open correctly and then after a few seconds kick me out again. I offloaded the game and re-downloaded it. I restarted my phone. I even
went to the files app and copied the games folder, and deleted the game. I downloaded it and put the files back and lost almost all my worlds. I had 9/33 left. The world I wanted to show my friend was gone and I was disappointed but happy that minecraft was
working once again. I deleted 6 worlds. I was asking my friend if she wanted to play minecraft, maybe start a new world. I went to the xbox settings and re-enabled the "join multiplayer games" and the game stopped working again. I really don't know what to
do anymore. Iphone 7 completely updated, minecraft is updated.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to tackle this problem you're having with Minecraft.

Seeing as it is the pocket edition you might be able to find a little more insight as to what's going on by bringing this to Mojang directly.

When you get a chance, try getting in contact with
Mojang support and let us know if that helped.

You should try to see the statut of your NAT.

if the NAT is close try to open all ports for minecraft pocket edition.

So we are sure we understand exactly what is going on are you having issues connecting to a Realm on the pocket edition only or on both versions?

If you sign into your profile online and check your
privacy settings do you see any difference when setting everything to all or open?

Have you followed the steps on the
Minecraft guide for the Pocket edition? You may also want to file a support ticket with them as suggested in the guide.

No, because i do not have the minecraft windows 10 edition, only the pocket edition.
