Minecraft: Pocket Edition is crashing

Hi, I've bought Minecraft on Windows Phone today, but everytime I launch the game, the "Mojang" logo appears for something like ten seconds and the app close by itself.

I'm very annoying by that, I want to know if I am the only one to who that happens, and if there is a way to fix the problem ? I'm on Windows Phone 8.1

Playing Minecraft between devices and platforms

You can play Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition with other devices running Minecraft: Pocket Edition, such as Windows 10 and Windows Phone devices.

Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition can only be played with other Xbox 360 consoles on Xbox Live. The Xbox One edition can only be played online with other Xbox One consoles. There is no cross-platform play between the Xbox editions and other editions of Minecraft.

 

Minecraft: Xbox one edition cross platform not working

Currently, cross-platform only works for Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition and Minecraft: Pocket Edition. Minecraft: Xbox One Edition is standalone, as far as I'm aware, and will be until the Better Together update which is to be released "this
summer".

 

I have the same issue on newest builds of Windows 10 (Lumia 640). You are not alone, user reviews in windows store are mostly about this issue. Everyone is annoyed by it, since this crash problem persists for too long with no fix and we can't play the game
at all.
