Minecraft Pocket Edition has stopped working

I have sent out a bug report at mojang.com yesterday. https://bugs.mojang.com/projects/MCPE/issues/MCPE-61661?filter=allopenissues

However, today I told some of my friends my issues. And one of them said they had the same problem and the way to fix it is to use another microsoft account.

And first of all, whenever i sign into Minecraft, it automatically signs me into my current one and then just freezes. And the second problem is that, if i quit this account and go to another one, all my data will be lost from MCPE servers. For example,
on The Hive I bought the Hive + rank and a few other things. It cost about 13$ total.

I really do not wanna loose my rank and my stats on the server and im hopeless right now.

If anyone can help, plz do.... I need help to save my account.

Thank you, i have also had a reply on bugs.mojang.com and said that it was a duplicate and on the original forum a lot of comments replied “thx for fixing”. I checked if it was fixed and it was. Ty.

I have been having a problem with my Minecraft forum on Xbox1. Logging onto my world I can play for approximately for seven to ten minutes before my screen goes a purple and black saying that this world is to corrupted and quit unexpectedly. This has been
going on for quite sometime and it is really bothering me. If anyone has a fix please let me know ASAP!

This is most likely part of the issue Xbox Live has been having this weekend regarding purchase and content usage. As of right now purchase and content usage is currently down for a lot of users. Xbox Support on Twitter has reported that they've fixed some
of the issue and this issue applies to most if not all games affected by Xbox Live, Minecraft PE included. They have a tweet from Mojang Support/Status retweeted/pinned to the top of their page.

I'll link y'all to both Xbox and Mojang Support on Twitter as well as giving you all the Xbox Live status page. Please check it often for updates and tweet either support for help so they know people are still affected or go online to Mojang support to submit
a ticket.

If I get you right, you are asking if you can crossplay between Minecraft Pocket Edition and Minecraft PC Edition.

Minecraft Pocket Edition is assentially a striped down version of the original game in order to fit the requirements for mobile devices.

Minecraft PC Edition has more content, the worlds are bigger, and the overall size is much bigger than the Pocket one.

In short terms, there is no way to crossplay between mobile and PC, due to the size of the game and different server allocations that the two versions have.
