    Minecraft PlayStation4 Login Error


    For about four months now, I have trying to sign into my Microsoft account for Minecraft PS4 edition. Every time I go to https://aka.cs/remoteconnect and sign in, Minecraft takes me to a screen that says the following; "Oops! Looks like the Microsoft account
    you are trying to use is already connected to another account on 'PlayStation Network'.

    Please sign in with a Microsoft Account that is not already linked to an account on 'PlayStation Network'."

    I would try to do that, but my account isn't signed into any other accounts on PlayStation Network. I have tried many things including making a new Microsoft Account, and the same message popped up. Then, I made a new PlayStation4 account and used a new
    Microsoft account on that PlayStation account, but the same message came up. If anyone could help me out with this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello I found a article which states these steps

    You will need to make sure that your child is set up and signed in on the console. Then go to Settings > Account > Family Settings > Manage
    family members. Select your child's account, and then Privacy and Online Safety > Xbox Live Privacy > View details and customise > Communication
    and multiplayer. Under You can play with people outside Xbox Live, change
    "Block" to "Allow". This will allow any game with cross-play – Minecraft, Fortnite and the like – to connect your kid to kids on a non-Xbox platform.
