    Minecraft PlayStation


    Minecraft on PS4

    Can't connect to Microsoft account

    "Oops! Looks like this account is already connected."

    It tells me to sign in with my previously connected Microsoft account.

    I try to sign in with this account, but Microsoft says it doesn't exist.

    I made sure to check the spelling and know I didn't mispell.

    I do not know the email associated with the account.

    And I linked same Minecraft to my PlayStation network.

    Thanks for coming to the Xbox forums. You will need to get with PlayStation on how to unlink the account. If that doesn't work, you could create a new Microsoft account for the sole purpose of Minecraft on PlayStation. The

    Minecraft for PlayStation FAQ     has a lot of information in regards to your issue also.

    That's really weird, since when you unlink a Minecraft/Microsoft account from a Playstation ID it can only be linked to the same Playstation ID.

    Are you completely sure you are signed in with the correct Playstation ID and trying to login with the correct Minecraft/Microsoft Account?
