    Minecraft Playstation issue


    CONTEXT:

    So I believe you can only use the same Microsoft account per playstation account (even after unlinking you can only link to the same account again.) I made an account and then linked it to my main playstation account. After, for some reason, i deleted the Microsoft account. (this was over a year ago so i don't remember the details.) When i tried linking to the deleted account it doesn't work. When i try to link it to a different account it doesn't work. So now I've just made a separate playstation account and i play on there. The reason i want to play on my main is so i can use money that was put on to the account.

    QUESTION :

    I was wondering if it was possible for me to be able to play minecraft on my main account with a microsoft account connected ever again? I don't care about losing progress. I just want to play on my main. Would it work if i erased the data on minecraft?

    No you stop ignoring the issue. This has been a problem on Playstation version of minecraft SINCE 2019 LIKE HOW!? It's not Playstation as I've contacted and searched, its a bug from minecraft/mojang/Microsoft. Fix it.

    Thanks for coming to the Xbox forums. You will need to get with PlayStation on how to unlink the account. If that doesn't work, you could create a new Microsoft account for the sole purpose of Minecraft on PlayStation. The

    Minecraft for PlayStation FAQ     has a lot of information in regards to your issue also.

    Minecraft Playstation Login Issue

    Hello,

    I've had an issue with Minecraft PS4 for a while where I cannot link my Microsoft account with my PlayStation Minecraft account.

    When I try to link the two, the error I get is that my Microsoft account is linked to another PSN, when there shouldn't be.

    I've tried reinstalling the game and I would like to connect my main Microsoft account as I've got purchases on there

    (I'm not sure whether this is relevant but my Microsoft account is also linked to my Nintendo switch Minecraft too)

    Any help and advice is much appreciated

    Had you by chance ever in the past logged into minecraft on a friends Playstation account using your own Microsoft account? Do that would have linked the two.

    That being said if the Microsoft account is indeed linked with a different PSN account already then there is no way to fix that. Even if you got the two accounts unlinked it wouldnt let you relink a different account and would only ever let you link the account that is already currently tied to it.
