minecraft persona failiure

so my persona corrupted on minecraft bedrock. preview works just fine but I cant even play on normal bedrock. the character creator skins don't work, and I couldn't fix it at all even with persona patchers. not even redownloading Minecraft worked. is there any way to wipe my entire Minecraft data so I can try to fix the bug?

CraftingCrab, from Microsoft's side the procedure in these cases is to uninstall and reinstall the game to try to solve the problem. As it is already a matter of operation within the game or what you are requesting which is to delete your records within it, you must contact Minecraft support directly, for this you can open a ticket from the link below
