    Minecraft Permissions for Amazon Fire Kids


    Hi folks,

    My son has a new Amazon Fire Kids for Xmas. We have installed Minecraft PE.

    I have set him up a new Xbox Account and added it to my Family. I have set him up as my friend inside Xbox Live settings on my Android Xbox app.

    Via my MS account, I go into the Xbox Live permissions to modify his permissions.

    I have set him up with seeing other profiles, let friends see his profile, let everyone see if he's online on the PRIVACY tab. On the Xbox One / Win 10 tab I have allowed everything.

    When I go into the Xbox 360 online security tab I try to change the first setting (Accept Friend Requests) to Allowed. When I try and save this it reverts to Blocked. The Online Gameplay setting is set to Allowed.

    I have made sure that his Amazon Fire can access xbox.com

    Having done all this, he still can't see friends inside Minecraft PE on his Amazon Fire.

    Help!!!!

    i would like to block my kids' abilities to watch on netflix, hulu and amazon without my permission but still be able to play games freely. How can i do that?

    Hi,

    I've been searching and trying loads of things to get my kid to add me in minecraft pe but although I've set him up as family on my account i can't manage his permissions.

    Yes, that's correct.
    Despite fire tablets runs a custom Android version, Minecraft couldn't be downloaded on regular Android devices due to Minecraft was purchased on the Amazon Appstore, which is exclusive of Fire tablets.
