If the whole Microsoft account was banned from Xbox Live services go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ to view your enforcement history and start a case review if eligible.

Usually the first email that you get is an automated response, and depending on enforcement team workload you can receive an answer in up to 72 hours.

If your case review is denied, unfortunately is not possible to get help or assistance with this specific concern.

Hello! as support already said, there's nothing that can be done once an account is perma banned.

Something sounds fishy here i don't think Microsoft perma ban you for nothing!!

That is perma-ban material right there. Haha! Seriously though, perma-ban.

I believe that perma ban means perma ban. no going back. it's permanent.
