    Minecraft PE Won’t let me sign into my Microsoft Account.


    So I loaded up Minecraft on my iPad and went into a world and it said in the pause screen that my Microsoft Account didn’t load. I signed out and now I can’t sign back in! I tried to clear the sign-in data from the game but to no avail. What was happening
    is I’d click the sign-in button and it would come up with the “Save purchases to account” menu, and I’d try to click the “Save to account” button, but nothing. When I clicked the “Save to device” button it would continue, show a loading menu but didn’t sign
    me in. Can anyone help me solve this?

    Device: Apple iPad Mini 2

    OS: iOS 12.4.9

    I do not have the Xbox app on my device, just to clarify.

    We understand the inconvenience caused. As per description, you are having an issue signing in Minecraft through a mobile app giving you an error that prompt "Let's get you signed in". We will be glad to assist you with this. However, to better understand the issue we would like to ask more details about it.

    1. Have you tried another browser?
    2. Do you have the Minecraft license on the account you are trying to login?
    3. It would be much appreciated if you can send a screen shot of the error message here, if any?
    4. What platform are you using to sign in?
    5. Have you done recent device update?
    Some basic steps to resolve the issue are

    • Clear cache
    • Uninstall/reinstall game and profile
    • Turning off device and turn it back after few seconds.

    Ok so I can login on the Microsoft home page and Xbox but if I go to the Xbox app on computer it won’t let me sign in same if I go into Minecraft the game it won’t let me sign in also sorry for the late reply

    Also please try to sign in to the Microsoft website with this account to see if you are able to sign in to it.

    What device/platform do you use exactly in playing the Minecraft game?
    May I also know if it's Minecraft Java or Bedrock Edition?

    Make sure that the account you've tried to sign in owns the game itself and can be logged in normally through the Microsoft website https://account.microsoft.com and Xbox website https://account.xbox.com/Profile.
